DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered by carrier to the address specified on your order.

HOW TO PAY
Payment in advance is required for all orders. For internet orders, just complete the checkout process.

A sale agreement exists once we accept your online order

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You can return your order to us within 7 days and receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, which are at your expense. We would, however, be grateful to learn of your reasons for cancelling. The goods must be returned unused and with the original packaging (in good condition). You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods, whilst in your possession and in transit to us.
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service.

PROOF OF POSTING
We would recommend that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office (free) so that, in the event your parcel fails to reach us, you can claim for any loss against the Post Office (see Post Office Terms and Conditions for specific details).
Wonderboys can take no responsibility for any return parcels not received by us.

Any personal information which you provide to us will only be used for the following purposes:
